Havent been for a few years. There is camping right below the big hill and they also have water spouts to fill up with. Not sure about the crowd but should not be to bad. I know if you venture away from the hill you will have the dunes to yourself. Have Fun! :MBdance::MBdance::MBdance:

Definitely camp at Sand Mtn. The holidays aren't very crazy. The camp area gets a tad full, but like Jakster said once you get back away from the hill, the dunes are all yours! It's like those UT people don't know they're back there. lol

Thank you Jack, Mike and Pete. I'm looking forward to this trip big time since I didn't do any summer trips so I can get the new to me rail out this season. This trip will also be the first with another new to me, 3500 GMC Sierra Dually flatbed. It's my first diesel truck and in the week I've owned it I have enjoyed the hell out of it ! I will put some pics up when I get back.
