is that safe to use on all metal/non-powdercoated area on the bike? if its on the wheel area, im thinkin it may be on the chain or the inside of the hub. couldnt really tell when i was unloading the bike and saw the rust. thanks for the help!! Ps: RC has always been cool on 411 stuff for me. thanks again boyz.
