  1. Yeah I agree Don. Crazy is an understatement. I remember one of my favorite trips though. 2 years ago, it was my first trip out with my new (well new to me- used though) toyhauler. Just after grubbin down on some turkey and what not, I kicked out the back patio (rear toyhauler ramp door at level position) and kicked back with a beer and watched all the crazy rides cruise past camp. Man, good times! :laughoff::laughoff: :laughoff:

  2. Yeah of course Don, I remember! Nice meeting you (in person)! See you out there this weekend. We just might have to bring the big gay balloon again. If not I've got a 12ft DDR banner I will put up. :laughoff:

  3. Depending on what time you come home determines wether i need to bring my own ride.. member i gotta work on sunday.. :D

so if you plan on making sunday a all day affair ill bring my own ride.. if not ill ride w/ you..

We can leave in the am I guess. Whatever. Doesn't matter much to me.

  4. Just so you all know, your sent pm's don't automatically save to your "sent pm's" folder. If you want to have them saved you will need to check the " Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder" box at the bottom of the pm post screen under options. Just something that is a little different from the last forum that I thought you all should know. Any questions post em here.

  5. I myself have been there numerous times now and I gotta say it's the sh*t! Some people I talk to don't like it for some reason. Maybe its cause the elevation (less power) and SOFFFFFT sand. I myself love it. Trails are great and scenery is spectacular! :laughoff: Who else has ridden there?

  6. Hey everybody, I was just wondering how many of you from here spotted our camp on Halloween. It was the one with the big ol 30ft inflatable colored balloon. We officially named it "the big gay balloon". We camp next to/with my buddy Brice who has the McDonald's McFlurry inflatable. Another landmark for our camp is a sign wih "COE" on it. Anybody spot us?? :laughoff:

  8. I have a 94 YZ250. Before Halloween I found water in the case oil when I changed it. I put in fresh oil (synthetic) and rode it all weekend. I went to change the oil tonight and the oil is still milky, but not as bad. The coolant is barely low (about a 1/2" from the neck of the rad) and it doesn't smoke or have any signs of condensation from the exhaust. What do you all think? Is it something to do with the synthetic oil maybe mixing with the old sh*t? Or what? :laughoff: The oil the first time was GREY GREY and milky. This time it was like a kinda milky blue/green/grey color but not AS bad. Any thoughts or opinions???? I changed it with regular oil and am gonna ride the sh*t out of it this weekend regardless.

I'd post a pic of the oil but my camera is on a mexican cruise right now w/ Mrs. Dunefreak.

  9. sure the axles arent bent... thats a pretty big t/h to be tuggin w/ a half ton..

Nahhh, there wasn't much tongue weight with the help of the load leveler hitch. The rear bags helped level the load out and keep it in control. It just looks worse than it actually towed. Truck did damn good considering the setup: 1/2 ton truck pulling 9500 lbs!!!:laughoff: Can't say I'd do it again though if I had the choice.
