bstecki Posted December 18, 2009 Share Posted December 18, 2009 Well got in the garage tonight and tore my little guy down. Axle bearings were shot and never had brakes at the 1st regatta. Axle bearings came out surprisingly easy (well i did use a piece of chromoly and a hammer to get them out) and found that i lost the bolts that hold the brake lever on the frame. So got the new bearings in and axle back in and the brakes working perfectly (put new brake shoes on while i was in there). Now just to decide what motor is going in it for this year........
