Moparskin18 Posted February 20, 2010 Share Posted February 20, 2010 Tonight at 515pm I got a text from a family friend asking if some one was airlifted from Dumont where would they be going? I was shocked to be getting a text like that, I immediately called and found out why she was asking me that, at the time of being on the phone with her i heard in the background a phone ring and someone screaming, i was then informed that he died in transit to UMC. SKINNER Posted February 20, 2010 Share Posted February 20, 2010 this is a terrible thing to hear, very sad to read things like this, my thoughts and condolences (sp) go out to a fellow enthusiasts family. Its eye opening to think about how quikly a trip to the dunes can go from a good time, to a tragedy. Appreciate the time that we are all here, and able to enjoy eachothers company, it can all change in an instant. Be careful out there everyone.
