Should I study all the games so I know what to look for? I know blackjack (and usually double my money) but not sure about Pai Gow or the other ones... Thanks guys... You watch a lot of employee theft and imbeslment, facial recognition for previous trespasses and Metro weekly update flyers.... (we capture at least 2-3 a week off Vice and Metros top 20 lists) understanding what is about to happen by body language for fights and domestics. Depending on the casino you are applying for, all have different surveillance techniques and tools they use.
