Island Chain Racing Posted October 6, 2010 Share Posted October 6, 2010 (edited) was sup guys. me and my brothers went out to the dry lake bed today. it was sperr of the moment. I'm glad we did cause we had a blast. so we was talking on the ride back into town and decided to make a day of it on Saturday. dunefreak Posted October 10, 2010 Share Posted October 10, 2010 Great times out there today. Our own little mini regatta! Man I am sore. I'm glad we did this though. It made me realize what I need to do before this season and the next regatta! On my list to do... widen the wheelbase in the rear somehow make a seat that won't kill my a$ and tailbone when haulin a$ on the track up my main jet a lil bit, runs out of fuel on the top end get some special gel-a$ riding pants pickup some atc hightops or small riding boots Here are my pics from today. mineurbiz Posted October 10, 2010 Share Posted October 10, 2010 Well I planned on going, but when I went to start mine, it was not getting fuel. When I looked at it further, I noticed that the fuel filter was CLOGGED!!! All that garbage in my take clogged the filter, line, and the outlets from the tank!!! I took it apart and cleaned the carb real good and replaced the fuel line and filters but thought I needed a rebuild kit. Well got it cleaned and she runs great for a 28yr old motor lol Hope to make the next one and from the looks of it, bring a change of clothes for the ride home LOL Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I need to get afew parts, I can never get the damn thing to start after it sits for a couple of weeks. I even have fuel stabilizer in it. I don't know.
