Wheels and tires upgraded to 16" E rated. Tires are like new BFG commercial TA. Brakes and bearings were done last February with new backing plate assemblies. Has a Dexter EZ Flex axle system. (http://dexteraxle.com/e_z_flex_suspension). This model has the two lounge chairs with bay windows on one side, sofa bed on other. Has the pull down ultra bed in rear. AC, 5500 Onan generator with less than 200 hours. Dual batteries. Fuel station. The trailer is in good condition, critical items maintained. It does have some cosmetic issues that could be addressed, they were not at the top of my list. The only current issue is the fuel station pump doesn't work (needs gear set or pump replacement). This trailer is set up for going out to the sand which I did almost none of. Clear title.
