Our duner buddies may not make it this weekend and would love to hook up and meet new peeps. Let us know if you are interested in meeting some new peeps!!!!!!!! We are going to be out by bath #9 around 11-12 noon. Small camp with just a couple of rigs. Look for my white Alfa Motorhome and white enclosed trailer and a weekend warrior hooked up to a dodge truck. There will also be a white chev duramax later Friday. camp includes quads, razor and my car a cpl small dogs and a cpl of kids. You are more than welcome to join us just bring some firewood might be a little chilly at nite. We are pretty quiet so if you want to come by the light is on. If we don't like you we hold a tribe council and your light is turned off:) please feel free to join us. Todd also has a RZR S and will love having someone in camp to go out for a ride with. Terry Thank you, figure we will actually arrive around 8:30 Green Itasca MoHo with a all white stacker, then my other rig is white Excursion with weekend warrior. 1 ol dog, 5 kids from 15 to 6, quads, rzr's, 2 cars, bikes and fire wood!!!!! We'll hear you comin a mile away WOOOOO WOOOOOOOOOOO nowhaimsayin!!!! I acheived this effect, BY ACCIDENT, on my rig with duall 8" straight pipe exhuast. I had tore the modified tin can I called a muffler out from underneath on a off road construction site job, and when I replaced it, I installed the thing backwards. It had a perforated internal cone it it, and holy crap, did it whistle ! I went to work the next day, unknowing the issue, and all day long, whenever the turbo would spool up, it whistled like a screaming banshee... I did fix it that evening, though. ynot Posted January 17, 2011 Author Share Posted January 17, 2011 Well this weekend is the weekend that we all hope we will get when we load up and make the trip. Anybody that had the chance and didn't go missed a fantastic weekend of both great weather, small crowd and although the dunes were a little rutted it certainly didn't stop us from some fast runs. My thanks to Mr. McGyver(LOU) for making me a better than original bracket for my alternator. Nice to not only have the tools and supplies but the knowledge to put it all together and make it work in one try. Many thanks again Lou. then Lou busted a micro stub this morning and he had the parts, tools and we replaced it and were back duning in less than 40 minutes. That was so cool! We had a very fast ride this morning and to the group that was taking a break and we went by and apparently I roosted them my humble apologies. It was not intentional, it was just part of a hot run. Jumped into another group of cars and tried to get around their back 2 cars which were separating quickly from their crowd but it just became unsafe when Lou and I about traded paint jobs so we went off our own and had a ball. To the guy in the monster car you need to find the right pedal, all that motor and no where to go. Met some new people in camp and they are welcome back anytime. Nice company and great relaxed camp. vegas style Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 was a very nice relaxed weekend for me rolled in thursday evening camped with mike and jodie. weather was perfect sand was kind of f'ed up but you could still find virgin stuff to mess up. there was no one there more of a light off weekend then a holiday. at 9pm last night mr brown and i were on top of comp making phone calls and there was only one truck sitting at the bottom (might have even been a ranger) good to get out and recharge after a long work run.
