Z06CADY Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 We have not been to Dumont for a while and I noticed on the BLM web site a rule that all vehicles must have mufflers or spark arrestors. dunefreak Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 The only time I have heard of people getting harassed is over at Banshee Hill. They're usually getting a talking to for something else though (lack of equipment like a flag or headlight, helmet, etc).
