desertracer991 Posted February 3, 2012 Share Posted February 3, 2012 So while duning in a new 2011 rzr4 with about 15 hours on it and full of passengers my belt explodes, no big deal it happens. The problem is that all the string from the bet found its way behind the primary clutch, wrapped around the output shaft and worked its way through the seal and ruining the seal. This seal can only be replaced by splitting the cases. Has anybody else had a problem like this with there rzr4. I tried grinding down a new seal but it only lasted for a ride then started to leak. oh ya and I really mean the belt explode into hundreds of pieces. Just tell me what you think.
