The interior is in great shape and is perfect for someone who is looking to upgrade to an RV without breaking the bank. My family and I bought the RV this past summer while on the east coast. We drove it down the coast with absolutely no issues spending three months living in it as a family of 3. Everything works and it is in great shape. We have recently moved back to Las Vegas and drove it across the country during the winter storms that just hit the southwest before Thanksgiving. The furnace worked so well that while it was snowing 3-6" outside, I was in shorts inside (and in the southern humidity this summer the AC was cold. I replaced all 4 belts and had no issues while driving. I am only selling it because I need a car and may be willing to trade for a SUV or family sedan. The hot water gets HOT and it has full hook ups as well as a nice size holding tanks for fresh water, black and gray water holding tank w/ monitoring system.
