Hyabusa Radiator Upgrade

I have a 2007 Short sand car with the stock dual motorcycle radiator's mounted in the engine bay. I am having overheating issues so I have installed a new GM aluminum radiator up high behind the seats. I am not sure where to connect the line from the engine block where the thermostat is located. There is a the radiator hose connection and another smaller line which is the same size as the overflow line. It appears to be pressurized as it flows slowly once the engine warms up. Do I need to feed this back into the radiator?

If so, which side. Inlet or Outlet?

Appreciate the help

Thanks for the response and pic. This was helpful and solved my problem,

It also saved me the time and money of having to have another nipple welded onto my radiator.

I appreciate the help.

When I had my Busa SSC, it was tee'd into the upper radiator hose. This is the only pic I could find that shows it. Pretty sure it's the same line you are referring to.
