1975 2 bedroom 2 bath dble wide mobile home on fenced 1 acre lot. 2 car garage, garden area, paved streets, close to Hospital, electric water heater and range, propane heat. Mobile is too old to qualify for new land/home loan.


Asking $70,000 and it has a first mortgage of approx $38,000 at $525 per month that might be assumable with note holders ok but does have a due on sale clause. Will trade part or all of my equity for car, truck, rv, Harley, guns, gold, silver, ? or may carry a second.

Current renter gave notice and will be out 5-15-11. Address is 230 Woodchips and is one block south of Basin, rent is $650.
