  • BBQ Rub stuffed Jalapenos

      • Ingredients:

      12 jalapenos (seeded unless you want them HOT)

      8 ounces of cream cheese

      2 ounces of Devens world famous BBQ Rub

      1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

      12 6" slices of bacon

      Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1.5 hrs Type of Meal: snack

    A GREAT twist on an old favorite

    Combine all ingredients. Stuff peppers with mixture then wrap with bacon and place in 200-250 degree smoker for 1-1 1/2 hours or until bacon is done.
