Love or hate my opinion I could care less. If your in a Sandcar you could jump somewhere in the middle of the dunes, jumping at comp. whatever the time tells me your showing off, I have a nice Sandcar I wouldn't jump the lip at comp. think about it when your on a quad the first thing you do at comp is park at the lip or around it. Somebody's little boy or girl is enjoying their life riding their atv and you take the risk at other people's exspense to do something stupid to make your insecure personality confirmed to yourself and the world. Retarded. I do like big weekends but I'm thinking of off weekends because of the less percentage of douchebags in the dunes at one time. I didn't know the driver or Craig but I will say I feel for both sides of the issue but it isn't right , this accident could have been prevented if they were in the middle of the dunes with spotters, not a high traffic area like comp.

My weekend was short. Came in late Friday left Sunday, the rotax rhino did great, and the banshees did great too. My sons first time riding a quad he's 2 he like to mash the throttle, I need to govern it some more , IMO Blm is only good for a couple reasons out at dumont. So heres my question pretty simple, I've been going to the dunes for about 8 years now, things have changed I went from being single with one banshee to having a wife a son with two banshees a 20ft trailer and 4 seat rhino. Heres the kicker, how will I ever be able to buy a toyhauler sandrail and truck. I mean i do pretty well on income me and my wife both work and together i think were around 80k annually easy but is there something I'm missing here because I can't see how everyone is affording the toyhauler sandrail and diesel.Please give me some insight!!!!

We are selling my wifes Pink Banshee. It is ready to ride in fact we just got back from dumont. Unfortunately my wifes illness is taking its toll and she can no longer ride anymore. The bike has every aftermarket part there is litterally, it even has a hideaway key so no one can steal it from camp. Lots of chrome, and powdercoat we have put time and money into it and now it's got to go. Theres lon estar plus 2 arms with bypass shocks on it and a lonestar axle and steering stem with antivibe clamps. Trinity stage 4 pipes with 2 35mm Kehins. I have a 1996 EZ GO thats been in the family for years. It has 2 hella offroad lights sony stereo system 4 speakers all clean and hiddin, It was a project I no longer have time to finish because of my promotion but it comes as a rolling chassis both the running stock motor and my new 540cc 2 stroke motor I took out of a snowmobile it also comes with both seconidary clutches. I know the snowmobile clutch is worth good money alone for you rhino guys out there. Litterally put the cage back on and mount either motor which are both pretty straight forward and your good to go. It has a 4 inch lift on it with one dented rim, but you can buy a new douglas rim for about $24 around town. So like Im saying I just don't have the time, so please pick this up and finish it. I wasn't arguing which was more difficult to ride through the whoops anyways. I just like the feeling cruising over the whoops 5th gear pinned on the bike. That's all I was saying, then he chimed in with saying I needed to "learn how to ride my quad better if I want a rush".

I have taken a liking to a quad almost more lately anyways. I have to be in a certain mood and feel just right to wanna go tear it up on the 2 wheeler. But when I do, I have a blast.

Last trip out I brought my dirtbike, quad, and sandrail. I took the dirtbike out ONE time the last day of the trip. :mc_smiley: Go figure

Ive been looking for a sandrail but the haybusa one i want is priced high plus i need to ride in one before i buy one do you know any NICE rails for sale between 6500 to 10000?

44 superswampers is right quadz are alot harder to control in whoops and i started on a dirtbike at dumont dude i prefer a quad alot more sorry pete
