Well we are back from another great trip to Dumont for Halloween. Over all a great time. Pretty warm/hot this year. Made for more night rides than I usually do🤣. Meant up with some social media buggy buddies I had never meant. Everything went back in the trailer on its own power🤘. Can’t wait for next trip.

Wow. What a great few days in the dunes. Meant lots of great people. Dunes were awesome as we got fresh sand every day lol. Weather was all over the place. Awesome job Pete/Anna. You and all who help you put on a great time. I think I counted in the high fifties of cars at coffee and donuts. Can’t wait to do it again.

Haha you won't regret it. The footage is worth it.
Front mount: just a sticky GoPro mount on the roof
Rear mount: cage mount with the GoPro adapter on it. It's a pretty stout roll bar mount made by Eyeofmine but I don't think they're in business anymore. I'll get a picture and post it. They are basically light rigging clamps (like this) with a small L bracket and GoPro tripod adapter mounted on it.
Thanks man.

A GoPro 9 and a 10 (basically the same camera). I'm using a GoPro Max lens mod on each camera. That gives it more stabilization plus full horizon lock. It works awesome for dune videos to really show the angle of the dunes and the car especially when sidehilling.
im getting the 10 and the max lens mod thanks to you LOL. what mounts are you using on the car?

Not this time. Middle daughter broke her wrist and we got a few things going on this weekend. Going to use the time to pull all the shocks of the car and rebuild them. Enjoy and make some good runs for me. LOL

Nice! That red car seems like it's never touching the ground.
Thanks for sharing.

We are back and here are some pics. Least crowded Dumont Halloween I have been to in years. Thinking camp RZR pulled a lot of people away. We had a huge camp. Buddy brought a new friend and that guy brought 9 other friends. Needed to get in the buggy just to cross camp
We had a good amount of kids come through at night trick or treating. By Sunday dunes were beat up pretty good. SXS out number everything 100 to 1. As usual Sunday was the best. Most everyone packs up and leaves. Took mom for a ride in the buggy. That's her getting in laying across the back seat. 70 years old and just had hip surgery. Did some wheelies and jumps with her. Good hour and she loved every minute.
