Hello sandrail owners, My stepfather built a sandrail piece by piece as a hobby. He made a beautiful one that is pretty special. Unfortunately, he has passed away since September. My mother wants to sell it and I don't know where to start to even get a title for it. Can someone help me out please. Sandy Brooks
