I was a former Allstate agent acouple of years back. The rates are the same from office to office, agents don't make better deals for their friends. We imput all the info you give us and it gives us a premium. Sometimes it will vary if they put different percentages on the amount you drive a certian vehicle. There is NO negotiation with insurance. Ask your agent if you're getting all the discounts avaiable like home/auto, over 55 years old, etc. Also if you are a new driver or had no previous insurance or had accidents you will be insured with a non-prefferred company which basicly means higher rates. After time you will be able to get to a prefferred company and pay less. Basically the more policies you have with a company the better rates and discounts you get.

Another good idea would be to go to a independent agent, that means that they have the ability to run all your info thru many different companies (they do all the work) then tell you who came back with the cheapest rates and then you can decide. I used to hate independent agents because I would never be able to beat their rates.

Always compare apples to apples when you are getting quotes. When I say apples to apples I mean make sure they are quoting you with the exact same coverages.

Thanks for the response, I've put up 15 signs around my house, 3 craigslist ads, I put a flyer at the nearest pets mart. I also drove to lied animal shelter and checked with them, no luck but I did put a flyer there also. I gave him to a friend who already has a boxer and if I do find the real owner it wont be a problem getting him back. I skipped my plans for the weekend to take care of this dog, but I couldn't see him go to the pound or get hit by a car. There's tons of dogs in my neighborhood that are just out wandering around, I saw a pit bull this morning. Crazy.

found a pure bred boxer, hes young good natured. i found him 09-02-09 on jones and sheila the major cross streets are cheyenne, smoke ranch. i put an ad on craigslist put signs up but no one is replying. the dog looks like it hes been pampered and cared for. i like to find the owners, if you know anyone that has a missing boxer in the northwest area call me 468-7704

I was justing wondering if anyone had an interest in storing there RV at my house. I moved and now have a 1/2 acre to store RV's, boats or cars. I probably could fit about 5-10 easy as the rest of the lot has a pool and my house. I finally moved out of an association, no rules now!!!!!!!!!!!! Its not covered, but it is locked and in a good area of town. Month to month is cool but I don't want to be held responsible for theft or damage. just let me know i'm just posting to see if there is interest

I seriously can't believe not one of the previous posts asks why the tomatos have salmonella. The tomatos grown in the US (mainly Florida) were not tainted with salmonella due to the fact we have strict FDA regulations on the type of ferlitizers they use. Florida and other US farmers use cow manure and other types of fertitizers, NOT HUMAN FECES as a fertilizer as some of our other trustworthy friends in South America use. Ya they crap in the fields! They are to lazy to use the bathroom, they instead use the growing fields that most of our fruit and veggies are grown from. But its not all of their fault their fault, we pretty much import anything with little to no regulation anymore. The FDA is broke, no one cares and everyone just thinks this is just a minor inconvience that their burger has no tomatos, I really don't care one way or the other I just don't want to be one of the millions of sheep that believe anything that they see or hear.
