Pimso 2 years ago, we had to cross a saltwater river to access the dunes and Fog most of the day. I thought the rust would set in instantly... we power washed before we left and got away with no rust. Oregon we had full hook ups in a KOA about a mile from the beach... and no fog. it appears we have escaped "beach rot" once again.

Google earth says 17 hours from havasu to coos bay one of the rigs in our group lost his trailer brakes over grants pass... so we all nursed him in, at just about 19 hours. we did it in 2 days up.. easy drive 65-70 most the time.

With temps in the 50's and 60's and only raining one night, it was well worth the trip. running through tall pines and lush sand trails wasn't bad ether.

Havasu to Oregon was a killer drive, but squeezing one more trip into the season was worth it. check out the video.
