Thank you guys for the replies.. We did that when I had it at prowlers.. I was told that its possibly a lean idle jet to keep it from loading up.. Im going to check my plugs tomorrow and go from there.. I messed around with the linkage.. it didnt seem to budge.. the idle comes down on its own about 4-5 seconds after I rev it. I'll know when I see the plugs..

Hi all, I have an 1835 with dual webbers.. the car runs good.. but once I rev it up.. its slow to come back down to idle.. I believe its a sign of running lean.. I have had the guys over at prowlers mess with it.. and seems to run fine.. other then the slow rev down.. Im scared to lean it out and blow up the motor.. is there anyone who can tune these carbs local to santa clarita? thanks Mark

Nice I thought it through..its not going to happen.. If I cant afford a full trade out with my trailer.. then I cant afford the car.. I'll have to wait on this one.. but .. I can get a small car:)

I understand its not realistic for a 4 seat 12' car.. but a sick 2 seat should be reasonable..

Hi all, I have a nice little high jumper right now.. I have a 40` toy hauler with a 12` garage in it. I got this car because it fit.. Been having a good time with it.. but I need a long travel My options are.. Put A arm kit and some 3x3`s and add some power.. I was thinking like 4 to 1 pwr to weight. I already have the 091 tranny and some good tires and rims along with a sand set up.. but now Ive spent a grip of cash on this car only because it fits in my toy hauler. How are the mini busa rails? The ones that look interesting to me are between 30-40k.. seems like a lot of money for a motorcycle rail.. but .. Ive never been in one.. I have some kids and it would be great just to bite the bullet and get a 4 seater with a LS2.. but then I have to get a new trailer and the list goes on. What im looking for is something SICK, proven and 12` long.. Any help would be appreciated thanks Mark PS.. I was going to modify my trailer to get a bigger car in it.. Im very nervous about that.. I had the blue one.. the other guy had just installed a turbo system so he was dialing it in.. with out heat?... damm.. I woke up in the middle of the night because I had to switch propane tanks.. couldnt imagine going to bed knowing it was going to be that cold all night.. LOL thats committment!

You can go the length.. but the middle trailer has to be 28' 6" or 29' or less and the rear trailer has to be on a 5th wheel plate, both trailers having brakes. Thats sounds kinda like what I want to do when the time comes.... I want to be able to take it off with out changing the structure.. My buddy said I can just weld onto the existing frame and maybe add some support bars at the bottom.. If/when I want to get rid of the traielr.. I just take it off and re mount the door and brake lights.. it will be like new.

Thats where Im at.. I would have to build a little mock up before I start doing somthing permanent on that thing.. I think we can get it to look pretty clean.. but at that point.. Its a commitment.. LOL My wife loves the trailer.. we looked at a lot of them .. and all very functional.. but this one is really comfortable and usable.

LOL.. No The back is a steel frame.. Im going to extend that frame out and re attach the door to it.. It will be framed every 12" then I'll insalate it and seal it with sheet metal

Hi, I have a 40' cyclone 3 pop outs.. absolutely love it.. BUT.. I have a 12' garage.. I got my sandrail becuase it fits in it.. but Its time for a new car.. So Im thinking of welding a frame to the metal frame that my ramp/door is mounted to. I want to add either 2 or 3' of lenth to the garage.. My buddy who is a welder said it would be no problem structuraly (sp?) and my buddy who ownes Prowlers here in Santa Clarta said he's seen one.. The metal should only add about 200lbs tops of material, the 5er is rated to hold 2500lbs in the garage area.. so I should total out at about 2200lbs with the new car and material.. anyone have any ideas, seen this done or am I crazy? I just really need to think this through and Im hoping you guys can throw in some ideas... I dont want to buy another trailer.. I was thinking of towing doubles.. I have a CDL.. but Im already at 56'.. the law only allows you to go 65' total. thanks in advance Mark

We got there sat night.. it was cold.. got up the next morning and the sand was wet like you said.. I had to go back and add air to my tires.. (little 1835 needs some spin) I thought the conditions were great! very empty, sunny and very little wind.. I couldnt imagine that place on a big weekend.. Its not all that big..LOL

we made it out and had a blast.. Just got back.. didnt get to meet anyone from the boards.. But everyone I did meet all new about you guys.. Look farward to the next time
