mike at green valley atv comes recommended by me
Darrel built my rhino motor and did a great job at a reasonable price. The guy does good work and is a solid guy. Just run with him in the dunes a couple times and you will know that he builds a good motor and he beats the sh*t out of it. If his motors hold up to his beating, they have to be good

After the build my son's bike ran just fine, then it sat for month or so and was hard to start with a very weak spark. Then it would not start at all. So, I think it the condensor and install a new set of points and condensor, set the gap at about .013-.014 and it still has no spark. I do a resistance check on the coil, primary side is 1.8 ohms and secondary is 8.5 ohms. Seem's a little high so I try the coil off my bike. Still no spark. I think it might be the stator (3.0 ohms resistance), so I try the stator/condensor from my bike and still have no spark and it won't start. Any ideas out there guys???

lookin good!, i always liked the carbon fiber fender sets!
if you are havin second thoughts about the blue, what about maybe wrapping the tank with a "carbon fiber" wrap to tie it in with the fenders, then go to black on the forks to tie them in with the frame maybe?
after that, if you still want to match something to the seat, maybe get a set of 81 or 82 style decals?
or maybe some 84 decals and get a little red in there, then throw a red pinstripe on the rims and bring it all together.
it looks good now though! so think about it before you change it! nice work!
Thanks, I thought also about the carbon fiber wrap. Anyone know of a good twist throttle set up and what exhaust is a little throaty but quiet?
Has anyone else installed a Lifan and every once in a while I will get a clank sound that sounds like the starter or something in the bottom end that gets thrown back on the compression stroke when the motor is turned over but doesnt start due to their cold blooded nature

Not sure why I didn't see everything when I logged in but I see the prices there never mind. I know the money that this guy has dropped on this car just doing preventative stuff if you want a turnkey Sandrail that a guy that could afford it owned, this is a great car
