Sorry it is a Rhino 700 and it acts as if the unit will not turn over then the next time it starts and runs great. Checked everything multiple times can you help

I replaced crank and seem to be having a problem with decompressor. Motor runs great when started no issues. This happens once in awhile any suggestions
