Just been working with a few desert trips thrown in. I got back into racing my bike so I have'nt been to the dunes much. How the hell have you been?

Looks like everyone had great time. I'm bummed I could'nt make it this year, presidents is my favorite weekend there. Were still on baby watch here for the next few days. Any boady think a day old kid is too yuong to bring to the dunes?

ya ask zoink about his ww,every body has a problem. no toy box is perfect. If you like the hauler who cares what every one else thinks.I personaly haved own two gear boxes made by fleet wood and havent had a major problem,after pulling a 38 footer, I would not go past that. I heard there coming out with a 42 footer now thats getting up there,as for saftey I have the right treads,hitch and air bags and the most important thing while im towing is saftey.one more thing every year there is something new like my gear box,next year, the redline its never ending!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!who can keep up, oh ya fleetwood also makes those diesel pushers dont they!

I agree 100% with you. You will have problems with what ever you buy and I think thats sad considering the money we spend on these units. It's all about how the company treats you after the sale.

If your talking about a quad I'm not sure who does it but Service Honda does the CR500 motor in a CR250 frame. You could call them to see if they can do a quad if thats what your looking to do.

I have seen that trailer in person and it's very impressive. You can also add up to 5' to the garage if you want.

As far gas smell in the trailer I have never had a problem as long as you turn the gas off on the bikes. I roll my carpet up every time I put the bikes in so I have never had a problem with it staying in the carpet.

Be careful with Fleetwood products. I think they make a nice trailer but there customer service leaves a little to be desired. It took us a year and a half to settle a problem on my last trailer that was a Gear Box.

That was a good time friday night but I paid for it saturday night and feel asleep in the rocker about 8

We had a awsome time this weekend and it was great to meet everyone. The wind saturday was a little undisirable but you cant complain about the benifits. I have few pics I took on saturday that I'll get posted as soon as I can get my camera to work, it ate a little sand on saturady and doesnt seem to want to open or turn on

I cant wait to go again but we'll have to see how things go with the baby coming and wether or not I can get a hall pass.

Again it was great to meet everyone and thanks for having us.

So if I'm looking at the map right bathroom #9 is behind where venders would be? Is there a road to turn off on instead driving through the sand in front of the venders area? I still plan leaving the San Fernando Valley around 6 friday night.

Where is bathroom #9? And when you say older with grandkids does that mean lights out at 10? I dont want to wake any one up when I roll in after 10. This should be a pretty melow trip for us since it's just the and me and even though she is pregnant she can still make a hell of a I'm only going to make one more trip this year after this weekend then it's baby time.

Where does everyone camp? My wife and I are heading out friday night and since she's prego I'd like to hook up with some peeps for for some rides. We'll be in a silver F350 lifted with a new FSW3200 Warrior and probably wont roll in till about 11 or 12

sand yfz thank you very much for the jetting help it was soooooo much better the only thing i didnt do was adjust the fuel mixture screw only because i wasnt sure exactly where it was i have never messed with carbs before and it seemed everybody i knew said it was something different so to be safe i didnt listen to any of em. i am thinking about doing some more ez mods to my bike in the future like maybe cams and a rev box not sure though.

What mods do you have done your bike now?

I have a pipe and K&N on mine and was going to get into the carb to see what the guy did to it before I bought it and I just want to make sure I get the right jets before I take it apart. Next will be the cam mod.

between race and pump shouldnt matter... but between pump and say alky it might matter...

Alky is a whole diff. deal all together so I can understand. So is he running his 450 on alky?

perfect jetting for dumont for a yfz450 on gas is 175 main,45 pilot,and 1 3/4 turns out of the fuel screw.worked perfect on mine until i switched fuels.

What does the type of fuel have to do with jetting?
