  1. This is a Beautiful 2 seat Hayabusa Long Travel sandrail. The car has been recently torn down and completely gone through. All A-arm's, tie rods, floor board, springs, spindles and rear bearing carriers have been newly powder coated. Front and rear rims, center console, radiator have all been polished. All heims have been checked, cleaned and installed with anti-seize. Engine was just services and over $2K was spent including new sprockets and chain. This car has great lines and is a real looker. 2. Pretty nice ride. Alot better than your old one. But why didnt you get a four seater?

I tried to talk him into buying a 4 seater but Pete just didn't listen. I also told him he needed to get a V8, those V6's don't have any torque and arent that fast....

    Just saying.......

Well I am ONE HAPPY CAMPER! The car ran flawless all weekend with ZERO issues. I was extremely impressed with everything about it. We absolutley love it!

This car has a ton of power, handles awesome, and is super comfy. It didn't take long for me to get used to it either. I was shredding dunes and pulling wheelies in no time. :headbang1:

Thanks again, Mathew, for the killer deal and for dialing in one kickass duning car. I'm glad it doesn't just LOOK nice. lol It flatout hauls the mail and is reliable as hell. I am really happy with it, brother. :beercheers:

I am really glad you love the car. I told you 2 months ago when you 1st called me this car had your name all over it. Let me know when your next trip is and I will bring my new car out.

Whats gonna suck is to watch my old car tear my new car to peices.....

  4. I gotta say it was a great weekend. Weather was great with only minor winds in the early AM and nice temps. The dunes were not bad considering the crowds. The hill was entertaining as usual and the food was outstanding. No major mishaps in our group and can't wait to get back out there and show those dunes whose boss.... :cripple:

  5. For a 24 hour turn around trip it was awesome. The weather didn't bug any of our group and there was a ton a virgin sand.... :woo_hoo:

My buddy's car ran fantastic, never even opended the tool box....

Great meeting up with you Dunefreak and the rest of the gang. We need to hook up when you have your rail with ya. Next time..

  6. lets go tear it up cdavego!!!!

I figured we will be pulling in around 8pm or so on Saturday night and since we have a new car we will probably keep the night riding down to some easy areas, hit the horse shoe a couple times, run back to comp hill and wot the car.

Sunday morning we are planning on leaving camp no later than 6am for the morning ride. Ive been going to Dumont for 25+ years and ive got a couple of spots that have my name written all over them.

I am a man with no fear... Let's bring it on!!!

  7. Actually yes that car has been to dumont twice now. We have completed a second car that is set up almost identical.

Both cars are going this weekend.

The boost is set at 8 PSI and the engine is a stock 3.5 Honda Oddyssey. The car that we just finished is also turbo but has the 3.2 Acura Type s engine.

Its a great running car and handles like a dream.

  8. Just wondering if anyone was planning on going this weekend? We have just finished a Tech3 2 seater mid-engine w/3.5 honda turbo. Going to go out Saturday night (around 8pm), hit the dunes by 6am rip it for 3 hours and be on the road home by 9:30am.

Always nice to know if someone else is going to be there on these hot weekends.
