  1. Sounds like its an obvious defect. I personally would take my chances and haul it down to the manufacturer. Or if you know of anyone that just so happens to be going to vegas tomorrow from so cal and going home wednesday, Maybe he will haul it down for you. Hint hint That person Is me.

  2. Yep...white duct tape. :laughing: Seriously though. He hasn't got it fixed correctly quite yet. I know he just so happened to get a dent in the same panels that were bowing out and his insurance covered that repair. :flipoff:

    Go to a RV body shop- they should be able to take care of it.

  3. I am having an issue with my Toy Hauler (2006 Attitude 26fsak with Aluminum siding), the siding is starting to bubble out after I have driven at speed 60+ for any given time. It is happening at the front, driver side of the trailer. I have not hit anything, I don't go to places with trees to hit the sides, how could this happen? Is there anyone else that has had this issues?

    I talked to Attitude and they said the trailer is out of warranty and it is my problem...I asked them why a year and a half old trailer has siding blowing out and if I just bought a 28 thousand dollar piece of sh*t, as I have frindes that have alum. sided trailers for years and never had this problem. They did tell me however, they would look at the problem if I drove it down to them and if they find that it is there problem they would pay for it, otherwise if they determine it was my fault in some way, they would charge me for it.

    What do you think I should do? Take the trip to their facility, and risk having to pay for it and the fuel both ways, or just get it fixed here. I bought the trailer at Johhny Walkers in September of 2005.

    Have you looked at one of these? http://www.alligatorperformance.com/index....;ProductID=1556 Banks is getting a little stingy with information on there site, and don't advertise it as a product solely for sale. It is fully adjustable, but you will most likely get less smoke with the Big Head than with it stock. If you don't have guages, you will need to add them if you want to watch what kind of boost you have added, so you don't explode the turbo. If you want smoke, try a programmer, chip or module. They add fuel and timing and will get you power, smoke and mileage. Maybe not all at the same time though, lol.

  5. Under the dash, just above the fuse box that you hook the trailer wiring harness into, there is a inch and a half or so rubber grommet that has a small bundel of wires running through it. It has a rubber fitting that pulls out of the hole from the inside of the cab, then you cut the grommet from the engine compartment side and push the wires through. The rubber fitting that you pulled out on the inside slides over the wires you pushed through and then back over the factory ones, push it back up into the hole, and voila`. Then you can start hooking up the ignition wires (I used the SEO ACCY 10 amp fuse in the block in the dash by the drivers door as a tapping location) and then grounded it just below the dash to a factory bolt. For the lights, use the brown and white wire for the dash light dimmer to power and dim the lights.

    drilling the ex manifold doesn't worry me..it is running the wire to the gages through the firewall that has me skidish

    Hoot method is what I use, and there are a couple of easy factory grommets that I run wires through. You have an 03, don't you?

    i have the lb7, and run the diablosport predator...set on 65 for everything but towing..towing, i go back to stock

  8. If you would like a taste of a programmed LBZ, I have a Edge juice in my truck and it works great. I pulled Potesi (sp) at 65, half throttle, juice set on level 2, and the EGT's never peaked 1325. That was right at the top, with my 26FSAK Attitude with 3 quads, full of water, gas and gear.   9. What do you offer for programmers for my truck?

    I like Bully Dog Triple Dog w/Outlook monitor or Edge Juice w/Attitude for your truck. Those would be my favorite for your truck. If you want easy to use, better fuel mileage, not much to take out when you go to the dealer, go with the Bully Dog because you can leave the monitor in as it is a stand alone unit, plus you can upgrade to the Crazy Larry settings for free for some big power. The Edge for clean looks, good power doesn't leave a trace in the ECM, and great customer support. I don't think you can go wrong with either of them. If you would like, I can give you a free 70 horsepower trial that last three days. Let me know.

    I have a 90 chinese model that came with the 145/70/6 tires on them. they don't do so well in the sand. do you know of any wheel/tire combo, not sand specific, that I could run, that won't cost me an arm and a leg?

  11. When I bought my trailer last year, the fuel station pump worked when I left the lot and when I got to Utah for some trail riding, it stopped working. I checked everything, it had power, no blown fuses, nothing. I took it Johnnie Walker to get it fixed, they put a new one on and pumped about five gallons through it with no problems. Ten minutes later, I go to hook it up and just thought I better check it again. Nothing! same symptoms as before, had power but wouldn't pump. I went back in a through a fit with the service writer, they went back out and put a third one on. Fired right up, pumped five gallons through it again, no problems. So I went back to get it hooked up again, and did the pump test agian right before I hooked it up and NOTHING! this time I went in to the main office and politely asked for the manager, got one of the Walker sons, and ripped him a new A hole. I sat in his office and asked why I just paid 26K for a trailer that couldn't pump 5 gallons of gas without burning up a pump. he immediately called up the makers of the Attitude trailer I bought, and finally got to the bottom of it. The manufacturer that made the pumps for them had recently changed plastic manufacturers, and the plastic gears inside the pumps, when they would get gas on them, would swell up, bind the gears, and burn the motors out. They said this was the 20th or so trailer that has had problems in the last week and they were working on it. They told Mr. Walker that they could get me a new pump in a couple of weeks when they got there new batch in and that was it. I was like, F that, I am going to the dunes tomorrow so either you get me a pump that works or you will get a new trailer. Mr. Walker then put me on the phone with the VP of sales at Attitude, and I proceeded to tell him what I thought. He was not amused by my antics, but promised me it would be taken care of. Yeah right!

    Instead of waiting for a new pump, the GREAT staff at Johnnie Walker pulled a brand new unit off of another brand of Toy Hauler with no known problems, and retrofitted it to my trailer. This pump has served me well. Mr. Walker, instead of having me walk out the door empty handed, wrote me a check for $100.00 for my troubles and wasted fuel for bringing my trailer back so many times for the same problem, and told me if I had anymore problems to let him know personally. My hats off to Johnnie Walker R.V. for solving a problem in less than one day that a multi-millionn dollar RV company couldn't for two weeks.

  12. I have had my truck on a Mustang dyno and a Superflow dyno and there was 20 hp difference. Mustang was the highest of the two, 425 corrected and the Superflow was 404 corrected. Torque was Well into the 800's on the Mustang and low 800's on the Superflow. Elevation was similar, outside temps were close. I was only running Hot juice w/Attitude on both occasions, 4" exhaust, air intake and 35" tires. Very typical results for this setup.

    a couple months ago, at Oceano Dunes, this guy with a brand new Ford SRW 350 crew 4x4, and what looked like a brand new FSC 28 footer WW pulled onto the beach, and immediately became immobilized.

    As I was heading over to help him, he did the forward/reverse thing a few times, and had sand up to his rims.

    The dude forgot to air down!!!

    I plugged my deflators onto his truck, then his rig, and within 10 minutes, under his own power, he pulled out.

    The funny thing was, he did air down. Not enough though, cause he still dug in. The truck had all the wieght on the rear (you should have seen the sag). He had a quad in the bed and must of not set the WD hitch up right. All in good fun though, at leaast it was a diesel.
