12k original miles 8hrs on 4k Onan generator (yes 8hrs, just had serviced) E-450 chassis V-10 (clean car fax verifying history, service and 1 owner) have the original window sticker when purchased ($68k) 10 years ago original build sheet and owners manual complete sevice (oil and filter, complete resealed roof with maxi air covers on all vent/trap doors and sky light) 101 point inspection performed new tires about 3 years ago with less then 3k miles on them currenty when first purchased, this was used for a cross country, well a 5 or 6 states trip by the previous owner all 12k miles are 99% hwy miles interior is spotless couches feel as new as they come and just as clean has 2 brand new coach batteries, and 1 new chassis battery 3 burner stove and oven has never been used Micowave looks to be as clean and unused RCA 15" flat screen TV- DVD (swivel) has outside stereo system (cd/speakers) electric step .... LP tank still looks new as when it was new gel coat still shines nicely after 10 years the only thing this coah needs is the 21ftawning- fabric..looks like the outside where expossed when rolled up has dried out, small hole..best to be replaced for $480.00 installed out here locally..im tinking of adding on an alluminum cover to, to help preseve the fabric reason why were thinking of selling it is we decided we want to go with a the same coach but with a large slide , would like to have the extra space with the slide model..we have 2 boys and extra room is always a plus 5k tow pakage (7 plug)..never been used for towing of any kind ( hitch has no scraches where reciever goes into) 30gln fresh water 37grey 37black 11gln LP tank 6gln hot water heater dash A/C nice and cold dash stereo CD pretty much loaded insided with all the bells and wjistles i doubt anyone would want to trade down to a non slide model, hens selling is the only option (NADA books this coach at 26k) retail from $26k-$29k Asking $23,500.00 ...what we have into it
