Fully self-contained - 4000 Onan generator, 105 gal. fresh water tank, 40 gal. gray water, 40 gal. black water, 2 - 40# propane tanks. Sleeps 4, Single queen bed, sofa folds down to sleep 2. Installed catalytic heater that runs on the propane tanks instead of draining the batteries - keeps you very comfortable on low. Less than 2000 miles on tires. Hitch included. 4-seater Razor fits inside. We have taken it on many trips to Dumont and camping trips. While trailer is not new, it has been used but not abused and is in very good condition.
