We stayed in Deadwood.

We went to South Dakota for a vacation. We brought our CanAms. When we got there we found out we could register them. So we got real license plates. There were only a little over twenty bucks each. That way we could use them on the road. We did the usual tourist stuff, like Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park etc. South Dakota is beautiful and the people are really friendly. We put about 1,500 miles on our machines. Imagine driving your side by side to Mount Rushmore!

But the road and the wind was blowing pretty good. The road was mostly deserted. Only passed one car on the way back to Pahrump. The pics looked blurry with all the sand blowing around. I have that familiar sand in the ears and hair. No top or doors on the Jeep. The road is washboarded the whole way right now. See you soon!
