OK so i got a question for everyone that has a sand rail.How much do they usally run.Ive heard some like outragous prices on some and i just wanted to find out if it is true or not.Ive seen some bad a$$ rails on here and i was just wondering what makes you chose a motor frames is it all preferance,price, or quality i guess just wondering thanks everyone!!

I love 2 stroke i will alwasy be a 2 stroke guy but i rode girl with horns dads bike and it was a ktm525 it was nice for electric start but i thought it was a tank.I am also only 140 pounds yay lol.The 2 strokes get rebuilt a lot bbut a 4 stroke needs double the money and motor work when its all said and done.I love the cr500 im buying next year and ima sell my yz250 for a 450 to make a race bike and have the cr500 for the dunes thats my plan hopefully. :jester:

no way its not a screamer because i rode one and got passed by a trx450 and yfz450 i get on a yfz and blew that same ltr that i rode outa the water wiht a biek thats not no where near as modded and i also just have to say buy a raptor 700 and youll save money instead of buying hella parts to go fast put a intake and a slip on and youll kick a 450s a$$

Ive rode both and i think the elkas are way smoother but the fox ones are nice also

IVE RODE BOTH AND I LIKE THE YFZ BETTER THEY HAVE MORE POWER I RACED A SUZUKI 450 ONA YFZ WIHT ALL THE SAME MODS WIHT A KID LIGHTER THAN ME BY 20 POUNDS AND I WAS 2 BIKES AHEAD OF HIIM BUT NOTHINGS LIKE A RAPTOR 700R THATS THE WAY TO GO THESE 450S CANT TOUCH IT UNLESS YOU GOT SOME MONEY AND SOME WORK INTO THEM AND I MEAN A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY NOT JUST A PIPE AND INTAKE
