Hello to all. My first post here but I recognize a lot of names. I got to Comp right after the accident and my friend told me what happened. Apparently two older fellows were in the white Sidekick. The rail wheelied over the top of them,rolling them over 4-5times. The driver of the rail went to the bottom of the hill and stopped for about 10 min. He NEVER went to check on the sidekick! Then he attempted to leave. A friend of mine and several others chased him down and stopped him. We talked to a sherriff on a quad the next day who said he was arrested and charged with felony hit and run. He was a 30's guy from Bakersfield that some in my group knew from school years ago. The deputy also said the driver of the Sidekick had fairly severe injuries and was airlifted out to the hospital. I took a couple of pics of the Sidekick on the hill after the victims were taken out, but you can still see the damage to the car.
And yep, there were way too many idiots running loose.....
