  1. Kinda reminds me of Bill Engvals here's your sign stuff.

Out washing my truck and this guy that hangs out here occasionally comes over and asks (and I am not kidding here) So you washing your truck??

I couldn't help myself I said Nope just watering and thinking it might get as big as the Dodge!

    :laughoff::laughoff:

  2. Buggychick was a little more social then me this trip sorry I was entertaining friends that we brought that were being shy. Next time I will get to hang out with people a little more.

Still got to meet alot of good people.

Brice and Mary you guys kick a$$, Thanks for letting us hang out with you guys. :ban-split:

    Jodi's landslide :laughing: :ahhhhh: :laughoff::laughing:

    The pool party

I finally beat my friend Chad up the hill! YES!! :ahhhhh: He was running a quadzilla with a 580 kit. All I did was the exhaust cam mod on the yfz450

The beer for breakfast club - Woody, Mary and myself  glad it wasn't just me.

Thanks to Don for giving buggychick a ride  now she wants one even more. That was just really cool to give her that opportunity, something she's always wanted to do. We've got to get together and BBQ since you're so close. :D

Warning to others: DO NOT try to sleep in the back of a truck when buggychick wants you to party, you will get tires thrown on you :thumb: I was sleeping just fine. However I would have missed out on a great time! :thumb: :ahhhhh: :ahhhhh:

I had a very hard time keeping up with Dinicolada who seems to think hes  I cry :slap: It was great getting to hang out with you.

 Had a great time, met good peoples too many to name, but everyone was great.

Looks like this is a pretty cool show.

We are going to be entering the 70 :dunno: in the under construction catagory and for sale of course.

I guess I better :ahhhhh: buggychick to get her a$$ in gear and finish putting it together :ahhhhh:

Yesterday morning I told Bob he could only drink 1 beer while we were welding and cutting so that what he showed up with

we still had beer left and the car is done. heading back in th am. 700 miles and to work on it I go. It is a 3.8 s/c out of a 2000 pontiac GTP. I think it will work good  Thanks again lakecity customs. Time to build another to have in stock. :angry2:

  6. The opportunity has come that I will be able to go to Northern California to pick up the rest of the pieces of a project I started awhile ago. It will be nice to have this finished.

    70 Chevy truck

377 sm block, Trick Flow aluminum heads, airbag suspension, built turbo 350 trans 10" 3500 stall converter, fuel cell, power leather seats, etc.

Thought it might be cool to take you through a real build of mine, long time waiting. :beerpint:

Leaving tomorrow for Lakehead to pick up the parts left up there

Keep you posted on the one. :D

  7. Yeah of course. You think we'd go to the little dunes :slap::DDRrocks:

Speaking of camp, let's get a camp together near bathroom 6. What do you all say? Yes...an official "DDR camp"...I said it. :chat::flipoff:

That way we could all hang out, bs :chat: , and do some :laughoff: together after some rides. :D

Can we park near you guys to?

We'll just have the truck and flat bed, too far to pull two rigs for one night. Oh I mean coming back from the wedding! :ahhhhh: :slap:

Do we have a meet up/arrival time yet? So I now how early we have to cut out of the :slap: wedding?

  8. Well then I guess CONGRATULATIONS are in order. :laughoff: <<thats milk :flipoff: beer.

I met you out there with buggychick, but I changed my name finally.

  9. i dont want a ride... i wanna drive it :D

I'd let you drive it :laughoff:

Once we get it right. Anyone with Homer drinking a keg is :DDRrocks: in my book :flipoff:

Oh yeah and what she said in the previous post, I'll have to get in it myself. I didn't thnk I would hit straped in, but would it be strong enough at a lower shoulder level?

  10. Now I was a little leary :isbb: :gayboy: about continuing and thought WTF some people may want to see some more work being done.

Some reminders - still NOT completed. This is NOT a race truck. This is being built to CRAWL slowly over rocks.

Now I have had several of the guys that we go out rock crawling with "HI DESERT 4X4" club over to do some examining and assisting on this, and so far they like what they see and what the concept looks like. So to continue.

You know I don't mind the constructive critisim and the :dunno: , and the advice, but please if you have never seen my work personally or know me personally don't call me an :idiot: idiot. Thank You

    Thanks

OK I just have to say one thing "Junkyard Wars" That was one of my favorite "reality shows" of all time. I always wanted to be on that show.

I think your creations are cool as hell, maybe not 50 to 100 grand toys, but I know the process itself is most of the Fun.

I don't know if they are "safe or not", but NO ONE plans on flipping or crashing. But, one of the smartest things I have learned is, "you don't plan for the ride you plan for the crash".

If I lived in that neck of the desert I would really like to hang out and watch, help, get dirty, etc.

I hope to meet you guys sometime out at Dumont, I saw you at Cleanup but didn't get a chance to say hi.

Thanks. Exactally! You get an idea :isbb: you have the time, materials, Budlight, and some good friends. It gives you a reason to hang out in the garage, drink a few :dunno: , do some BSing and you never know what you will come out with. That's the fun of it all.

Was going for WTF factor - accomplished!
