That sleeve (the round cone) should go right inside of the presure plate to allow the throughout bearing to push against it.
That's what I thought! Its hitting the pressure plate not going inside of it. I checked on my bug tranny and it hits also. I guess I have a defective one.
Thanks for the info

My buddy and I are installing my subi motor in my rail, the engine is not lining up. We noticed when we pulled the motor back out that the throw bearing sleeve was hitting (not going inside of pressure plate) the pressure plate not allowing the transmission touch the clutch. Does anyone know if that pressure plate is supposed to sit on that sleeve?
Thanks

My friend and I are putting a 1991 2.2 non-turbo motor in my rail. We are having a hard time finding a wiring diagram. Does anyone know where to find one, the manuals these days don't give you crap.
Thanks!

I also put new batteries in it just recently because I thought the batteries were bad that's when I discovered my truck is not charging the trailer.

Well I checked the truck and the #19 fuse was good. I need to find the one for my trailer and I looked all over for it. I am going to call the dealer today and ask them. Thanks for all the input!!!

I have 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel and it is not charing my trailer batteries while it is hooked up drving or not. Is there a fuse that is not plugged in or something on my trailer. I have 2006 Sandpiper Sport by Forest River.
Any help would be great!

I don't have an Onan, but I had a similar problem. There's a fuel solenoid underneath the bowl on the carb (on mine) that seemed to be the problem. A couple taps with a BFH and bada-bing. I tried to get the fuel solenoid from Generac, but they'll only sell you the entire carb. So now I have an $89 carb just in case. Maybe the Onan has a similar set-up.
Its the filter!

Thanks Dan!!! I got in on Saturday after I figured out that ring. Now onto to see if it runs. I wish I had went with the 2.5 motor. I hope I am happy with the 2.2 power wise. I was told they put out 150 stock but now it seems like realisticly 135. Yeah it would have been nice to keep it down there and have you help me with it..
