Manufacturers only put out recalls if it is a safety concern. That would be why it is only a bulletin.
Sounds like a cheap, easy fix. Good job Shadetree E.
Thanks and it's THE BIG E

Is that near the flux capacitor?
No, other side of the car.
Probably next to the muffler fluid...
Oh Wait, cars have that now diesels anyhow
Ii'll bet that he opened the hydrostatic lock on the hood, lifted it with a sky hook and took the clutch out with a left handed monkey wrench.
Nope i just saw that the compressor cluth was not engaging and look at the fuse box were it say's "ac campressor cluth'' and it was cracked so went to get a new one and it is working like new again. I think these cars have this probelm. but toyota only has released a serivce bulletin saying if you have a
’01 –’04 Camry, ECHO, & Celica
’02 – ’04 4Runner, Corolla, & MR2 Spyder
’03 – ’04 Highlander, Matrix, Sienna, & Solara
you have to change the reley for a different new model to fix the problem which instals in the same place. But this is not a recall just a service bulltin so i go to the dealer and they wanted $70 for the relay, so i go to o'reilly and it only cost me $13 bucks for the relay got it into place and now it is working like it should

The first place I'd look is the freon level/pressure if the compressor is turning. It may have sprung a leak!
I have check and found out that the ac compresor cluth relay was not working, so went to o'rielly got the new one and now it work thanks for the help every one

Hi all my dad's 03 corrola blows warm air when he turns the air conditioner on, i have check all the fuses and they are all ok what could be the problem. the car only has like 120k miles and it has been doinng the same thing for a month thanks
-
Well even not towing, I'd change it at least every 30K, even if you run the fancy synthetic oil.
Well thanks every one for thare help
-
If you tow with it, I'd change it every 15,000 miles. Cheap insurance, especially with a 1/2 ton. Those rear ends are small and go through alot of abuse when towing a toyhauler!
True well i only use the truck to get around, that's why i have the my powerstroke for towing

I just did my S-10 at 100,000. I did the Tranny service as well to keep it in warranty since it got rebuilt last year.
So the guy's at juffy lube are just trying to get more money, they wanted 80 buck$$ for the service

You got my Vote. Second place so far. Keep them coming. As we all know the ultimate is 1st.
You got my vote

Read your owners manual, it will have the change intervals in it.
The owners manual only says the capacity not the intervals for it

well on the weekend i took the tundra to get an oil change(only $15) and the tech tells me that my differental oil needs to changed, so i ask the guy the truck only has 26,000 miles i think it is to soon to changed it, well the tech tells me that on the toyota tundra the diff oil needs to be changed every 15,000 miles. So i was woundering how often do you guy change your diff oil???, BTW the truck is a 2007 tundra with the 5.7
In my 2001 f250 powerstroke i change the diff oil every 50,000 miles

Nope my brother needs one for work funny do

i need a camper shell asap for a 2007 tundra color does not matter it is for a double cab
-
I think it will be hard to find a toy hauler that has a front sleeper for the tundra that you have. Carson has some good trailers for a good price you could get the xl front kitchen 28.6 ft that has a cargo room of 18.10ft to the first cabinet and only weigths 7,000 pounds(cargo+load) here's some pics
they also have other models to just go to theur web site

So who's going :rhino:
