  1. sounds great bro, glad it all worked out for you on the build and you happy..

    We had some raptors and yfZ's at FSA 4-stroke race pulling 76 and 70 mph on the hill at glamis, they are catching up to these 2 strokes quick....I wish i had a bike going up the hill that fast again.. :beerpint:

    Dont know how long,steep,or how loose the sand is at the hill your talkin about.But if it's longer than banshee hill than i might do higher than 74. idk :headbang1: just a guess

Last Wednesday i left for dumont at about 3 PM ish.Got there at about 4:30 ish,when I got there we unloaded our two drag bikes, filled em up with gas and just went SLOWLY up the hill lol.I was honestly scared that this bike might fall apart or might not even start in the first place but it did start which made me very happy.After a few runs I let it rest then pulled up to the line.Thought about what might happen if something bad happens and then took off.To make a long story short we anticapated that this bike might do about 69-71 ish.But all my fam & friends thought i would do about 65-67.But by the end of the day i had a very good number. 74 Which really made me proud and fell very good inside.

    All my thanks goes to my Grandfather and Uncle for helping build this bike.And a BIG THANK YOU to Lynn,the founder of L.C. performance, for selling us parts,giving advice,and basically building the bike over the phone.

  3. Well be there on the 9th if my shock comes for my banshee.[Test run]But you guys are going two days before.We'll be there for a day on wednesday from about 4-ish till dark.We'll be at banshee hill the whole time.Anybody else out on Wednesday.

  4. Hes not kidding either I saw a guy about a grandpas age smokin up banshee hill on that bike PRES weekend !!! hope im still doin that good when im :MBdance:

    Actually if you saw that bike on PREZ weekend.You would of saw my uncle on it.He's the only one that rides that bike.

    But yes he was flying.We clocked at about 79.I THINK :beercheers: Thanks for the compliment on how fast it is.

  5. BTW, as per raptorroy- the guy that flipped was Dan from Powerhouse. He broke his 13th vertebrea. :dunno:

    Hopefully he makes a quick recovery. If there's anything we can do to help, let us know, Roy. :dope: Our thoughts go out to him.

    That motor that was in that banshee is now in my lightened frame.And when that happened it was running on alky.Mine is going to run on alky when finished,which is this week. :blury:

    Might want to think about a new right rear tir.Or for that case maybe new TIRES.

  7. Well i have had this pipe for two years and it looks new still but on my other 400 (the one im talking about) i took it out one weekend and it looks really dark,brown,dark blue, almost black looking.

    Its 3 1/2 turns now.

    Do i need to change the main jet to richen it or just turn that screw out where i drilled the brass thingy out off? thanks

    Dark brown and Dark Blue really isnt that bad because on my 450 i put on a new sparks pipe that was on since the MLK trip.And right now it is brown,dark blue.It should be ok.

I have a ltz 400 quad with a full yoshi ex, k&n with no lid,dj kit with a 160 needle on 3rd clip and turned out to 3 1/2 turns out and my header pipe is really really discolored (not the normal slight discoloring) what makes this happen is it to lean or two rich? Do i need to change my main jet or is it just a tuning problem. i run at dumont only which is 1200 to 2200 feet i heard. Thanks

    What color of DISCOLORING.Like what color is it now?
