We are selling our 2007 Georgetown 350DS SE Bunk Model Class A with the Ford V10 motor. It's been a great motorhome and we love it when we take it out but the kids never want to go anymore and we just don't have time to take it out. It is in incredible condition I think for it's age. There are few minor issues. On the Front top of motorhome there is some paint clear coat coming off it looks like. The Awning over the Main slide is starting to crack from heat and the Driver and passenger front seats have some delimitation issues. The Drivers is the worst. We have seat covers over them. This was an issue with the Ultra Leather from Flexsteel and they didn't back it up and take care of it. Pretty lame but the seat covers work great so I never saw a reason to have them replaced or recovered. 35k Miles and counting. We still use it RV Guardian 6500w Generator with 2100hrs with Remote start 2 slides (Main Room) (Bunk Bed Master room slide) Auto Leveling Jacks (4) 22.5 Tires In Motion Satellite. We have never used as we don't have satellite but I assume it works Great Motorhome for a family. It's one of the nicest 07's you will see. No funky odors like someones been living in it or died in it. We looked a like 100 different motorhomes when we bought this one. Out of 100 motorhome maybe 10% didn't smell awful inside. This one is Smoke free, pet free. Asking for payoff which is right around $45k. Should book alot higher than that.
