Home owner insurance maybe cover the theft. We went to Mexico last year and our dog watcher stole everything not nailed down but just the little stuff so the roommate never notice..,.. Bout 35000 worth including 9000 in just ammo! All covered. They even bought and replaced all the tools that were stolen at way cheaper then we could replace...1 point
