  3. Over the years I have welded and welded and kept repairing the tabs on the back of this buggy. They were never strong enough for my driving style. 😬 Then at the end of last season I blew a rear shock and found out it was because the shock bodies we're so worn out, a hole had worn a hole through causing the leak. I had enough. I called on some good friends with some crazy skills and resources and they cut the old tabs off, water jet some new tabs and gussets, and beefed up the back of this car for good. It's all back together now, painted and has new shocks. Let's see what I can break next. The broken crap. Time for surgery. Cutting off the old crap. These tabs look like sprint car shock mounts. Not intended for suspension control arms! Note: these crappy welds were done in crappy conditions (usually at Dumont) and were just to get me by. lol New tabs and gussets. New shocks. All painted up and ready to go.
