The morning after..... The wind blew sand in the tent through tiny cracks, our ice chest, any nook and cranny it oculd blow it blew!!!

These are sand dunes around our quads from being outside all nigth... LOL

The wind coming off the top of the dunes was awesome and crazy...

The sun sets on a a great day and with the wind their would be no fire....err so we though.... so we partied inside

Amanda and I took a ton of pics... heres some of the better ones... a few of the best did not turn out great as they are out of focus!

That wind was as bad as I have ever seen it. Right before the sun went down and we were out playing in it I could see all the wet sand as all the dry stuff blew away. I am not sure what made us think it would be a good idea to go out in it but I am glad we did. I had a blast. I just hope I didn't suck a bunch of sand into the motor. Time for another oil chage.

This morning the dunes were virgin but the loose stuff was blown away and the faces of the dunes were still wet from the last rains and were chopped from heavy winds!!!

I used to have the opinion that if you wanted to talk.... call do not text me...

Well my last phone bill had over 3k as well. I text doing anything and everything.

To tell you the truth I own a engine shop in vegas and we build drag race motors and sand drag motors. Everything from built street motors to 632 big block chevy nitrous motors! I have to be honest, after knowing someone who is the sound technician for REPOman and being in quite a few epiisodes of "reality" TV, there really is NO reality in reality TV

I have a blackberry storm on the verizon network. If course my service is great, but the phone SUCKS!!! I was thinking about getting me a Google Nexus oe phone. anyone have one? What does everyone think of the sound quality of the phone? the quality of the software etc?

My storm is the biggest POS I have ever owned!!! freezes up daily, drops calls that other phones on my network does not, breaks up all the time. the darn thing thinks more then it actually works!

now that Chevelle would be a blast to drive, ive always wanted one, the closest i ever came to one was my 72 Cutlas Convertable, and my 72 Skylark. My dream car would be a 63 Lincoln convertable with a twin turbo sleeper motor!

I saw myth busters test radar defeating stuff but not photo defeating spray, which I never heard of unless you use Krylon black paint Photo proof would be best, for speeding and red lights. Wonder how their camera would fair if it was hit with a laser when the shutter opened, fry the sensor maybe.

the one I saw they used a few different kinds of the clear plastic covers, and a few different kinds of spray clear crap and none of what they tried worked.

i do know those high speed cameras work pretty damn good though. LOL

I am kicking around some new ideas for promotions at my bar and I thought I would do a Sand Sports show in my parking lot. We could feature sand cars, tricked out quads, etc. I would have to make sure I could get enough toys to do a show.

Does anyone have any interest in participating?

They can get a crystal clear picture of you in the car at speed in excess of 120MPH. Just remember he pays the ticket but it goes on your record

No matter the vehicle, the length, whatever they can get your face and the plate no matter what lane your in and the cameras are all on the right shoulder of the road.

It was reported that phoenix brought in in excess of 20 million from these cameras already.

They have portable ones on top of Ford Escapes that they put out for the day or for the evening. I do not know how they set them up so accurately. LOL
