get a good tire like BFG All terrains because the have a very stiff bead and air them down to about 8 in the front and 6 in the back....thats what I run but have mud terrains.. the A/T's would be better.

I tried my hand at building a little zero travel old school rail. On a severe budget. Mama says we cannot afford a car, so I tells her, "I can build one for under a grand!" Me and my big effen mouth! I can't weld fer chit, I have been in sales for so long I pretty much forgot what work really feels like, I had nothing to go by but pictures of other peoples set ups made from parts I canna afford.....
Picked up a frame for 75, a toyota MR2 motor with adapter for 125, seat were 50, trans 65, front end 25, pedals 40, front tires 40, rear paddles free, misc all together came to a grand total of $1241 before licensing.
Now to tear it up!
came out real nice John.See some familiar parts on that rig!!!

I called to see exactly what he has.....all 33-17 Sand Blaster II's with number 2 paddle and a few pairs of 33-17 single rib Razors...I see that top pair still has the nipples on them...

in General Chat
show is definately dwindling down..a huge r/c track on one side,a supermoto track in the back and building full of nothing but boats.....its not worth going anymore.
We still had a great time.we were there Saturday for about 3.5-4 hours the kids were at home so we were free to do as we please. we saw a ton of people I knew.
Funcos new G6 was awesome.SCU's 3 cars there were nice as always.Alumi-Craft's cars were old and it kinda sucked to not see a new car from them.
Tatums were new but look like all the rest.Dejong had their latest Monster manx which was pretty sweet and Buckshot had a old line but new car there.
Racer had a TT that was off the hook....just looking at the fabrication was intense.

Happy B-day randizzle!!!!
