  1. nice, thanks for the input....bfgs just are getting too expensive now...they went up like 400.00 since i bought 4 yrs ago....

The BFG's are very expensive, and if you look at the reviews their are 100's of negative ones, and honestly everyone adn their momma have them..

I atleast can grab an extra Falken if I need to replace one!!

  2. I just bought a set new, they are size 305/65/18 and they are a great tire, they were a little squirlly at the begining and now with the right tire pressure and a few miles that all went away, probably the pressure I had in their before.

I have the falken wild peak a/t tires, worked great in the dirt, sand and on the road and look good, the BFG in my opinion wear out too fast and these have a 50,ooo mile warrenty

I have them on a crewmax tundra with a 3" lift

  3. I saw one at the Offroad Expo in Reno over the weekend.....things are bada$$, ALOT bigger than our regular RZR. Had a price tag of 17,200 out the door with tax........WTF!!!!! Pricey

That is actually a good price to some....Might as well get a rail

  4. I will have to take a look, I will take a pic of it and let you know what I am talking about.

It's just like the lever that a car has when you can rev it up from inside of the engine, not sure on the spring.

Pete I am not really messing with that, I just guide the arm up a bit more to open it for starting purposes, once it fires up it's at normal idle. If that is the same thing you are talking about I will be carefull for sure.

  5. Picked up my trojan 6v batteries for a trip to the desert and they worked flawless, 3 days with the heater running at night and not a single loss in battery power. My gage on the trailer dident move and the generator started everytime.

One question I had on the generator..

When I try to start it from the inside it doesent seem that the gen kicks over fully, but if I go outside and help the throttle arm by pushing up on it , it fires right up. I am thinking the arm may need some wd-40 or is their more power needed to really pulll and open that throttle up all the way from the inside start button.

I just have to push a bit for it to kick over, I am thinking it needs some lube

  6. Glad everything worked out and you got home safe..

But the HID thing is not some peoples fault, when people are towing their lights tend to be pointed up which is just blinding for some reason. I drive a lifted tundra and the people always flash their brights at me when I dont even have my brights on when I am towing. I swear every car I pass thinks I have them on.

With these aftermarket lighs they sell everyone and their mamas have them installed.

  7. Just picked up some Trojans t-105's for 100 a piece, I know a battery guy at my wifes work that hooked me up..

May have another 2 for 110 a piece if anyone is interested, tried to get them at a 100$ but he needs some gas money..no core required.

I will update if its a go for anyone interested..

  8. I have a 6 pack rack i am trying to sell off a bike i just bought, no need for it on my bike since i have no use for it.

looking to sell for $45 plus shipping or partial trade for a stock or regular style aftermarket grab bar.this thing is heavy duty!

this is off an 02 raptor 660 but i am sure it fits other year raptors.

  9. OK, i am going to trade one in for a core and get 2 trojan 6v batteries or some 6v centennial batteries.

the trojans are 115 with the core and the centenniel batteries are 100each with core. should I pay the extra for the trojans?

they seem to be very popular battery..

    thanks guys

  10. Can someone help with this..

I am going to run the 6 volts next weekend when I go camping again but had a question on the generator set up and all.

I get the fact that I have to bridge the 2 6 volts and wondered if I could hook the cables coming from my genertor to a seperate 12v batery just to fire it up when needed and then hook only the cables from the inside stuff to the 6volts.

Will it make a difference and will I be saving power or losing power and is this possible?

OR hooking all 4 wires up to the 6volts will be fine.

Stupid me just realized that I could have always hooked and bridged 2 batteries to my trailer, but it only came with 1 so I assumed it always only needed 1.

    Thanks
