we had a fun time, first night we took out the baja bug and lost the airfilter and of coarse dont know when or were we lost it so who knows how long we drove with out one. So after a few beers we made a filter out of a sock and a hanger, it last for a bit but the bug died near comp. Thanks to 2 guys in a rhino we found our way back to comp ( we were alot closer then we thought and would have gone the wrong way). saturday we cleaned up a bit, then spent the rest of the day trying to make an airfilter, we finaly gave up and decided to take the trucks out.

we ended up moving our camp down to that little area off the left side of the road, was nice an quiet down there, we were able to cook dinner then hhahah

im not even sure why i posted this before researching it lol, i blame the alcohol. found a site that sells 3/8" 6' whips for 20 shipped. seem like a good deal? any places local or online you guys recommend?

i have a 3' x 5' flag i want to run on my truck in march when we go to dumont. What do you guys use as a pole/whip on your sandrails? I thought about using a half inch pipe, but i want it to bend back while driving so it looks like im haulin a$$ lol. a friend suggested doubling up two dirt bike whips. I know one wont be strong enough cus it already bends into a 90 with only a 1'x1' flag on it.
