  1. Does any one know where I could take a old not usable motorcycle. This thing is sitting in front of one of my houses that I am selling and the previous tenants just left it there. It is a piece of crap but who knows one persons junk is anothers treasure. So if any one know's where I could hall it that would be great info.

Pete thats not the bike you were tring to give away was it :laughoff:

  2. Just an input: You also can get a hold of A.R.T.S safety tech inspect team , I am sure Art would be more than happy to inpect and give you input or your cars safety (he is extremely maticulous on safety due to him self bieng injured in a race accident) as well as tubing thickness without cutting into tubing, he does all of our offroad race tech inpects..he can be located on snores website snoreracing.net

  3. I bet most car owners can not quote what wall thickness or material there car is made out of. I also bet most dont know the meaning of gusset. Or know how their belt should fit or how to effective use them. Their primary safety device, they probably use incorrectly. Then chassis s'.....

Most sand cars out there are cage is out of 095 tubing for weight on sand as opposed to a desert race or offroad car which is 120 wall, as well as a deser chassis has more down tubes reinforcing the roof to mid cage, so I agree a desert car is going to hold up a hell of lot better than a sand chassis...but as kenny said that whas just a flat impact upside down! :beercheers: thats gonna cause some serious body damage(back,spine..etc..)regardless things happen just have to be safe out there any car take take someone(unfortunately). we can only respect the cars and they will respect you...My thought s are with those families thats a sad sad deal

  4. Hello there DDR peeps! :hello:

As some of you may know, justken and I, and our 5 year old in tow, will be moving to Las Vegas. Our arrival date is just weeks away now. :laughoff::flipoff: We will be arrivng in town late Wednesday November 1st. So we are going to be looking for a rental the very next day, and hopefully moving in that weekend? Well, that is the plan at this point. Like I said, we have a 5 year old little girl and the weeklys on Boulder Highway just aren't so suitable for youngens, ya know? If we can avoid that scene at all possible, that would be fabulous!

So, if anyone out there knows of either someone who is renting out their house, condo, etc., OR someone that deals with rentals (possibly a realtor?) please IM me.

Here is what we are generally looking for:

We would like to be in the Henderson area, preferably near dunefreak's house (my loving bro! :P ). Minimum of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a washer dryer in the unit. As far as rental price, we are trying to keep it at or below $1000 a month.

Yes, there are other "things" that we would like, such as a garage, community pool, exercise room, dishwasher, fireplace, ROMAN TUB! :laughoff: , but these are not requirements, just requests.

Anyway, please let me know if you have any ideas or leads. All is appreciated! :D

    See you all soon! :rockwoot:

Like nick said craigslistlasvegas has a bunch of rentals around the price you guys are looking for and they would have a garage!! :dunno: hope that helps ya guys

  5. That happened to 5 houses in the eastern/horizon ridge area last weekend and two houses friday night in that same area. All between 1:30 - 3:30 am.

I know this cause a lady that I work with i happened to her Friday night she was real upset they took all of garage door opener and keys.

That was around the same time they hit his around 2:30 -3:00 the neighbor got a description they were in a white ford deisel(only 3500 white deisels in vegas)

  6. NICE....those Valley Performance guys were haulin the mail!!!

Anyone know what happened with the Discount foriegn auto shop out front? Now it's Butch's speed shop?

It was bought by billy and robbie goerkie from collins motorsports...Atleast what I heard

  7. I just wanted a bolt for the outside door latch. So I thought I would stop by Bill Heard during lunch. It's the one that goes in the side of the jam....they couldn't find it....challenged me to find it on their tiny a$$ diagram....then proceeded to tell me it wasn't a serviceable item. That reminded me of the console latch that broke....I was told I needed a new console to fix the latch. Then more nightmares come up...like worn door hinges that aren't covered on the "bumper to bumper" warranty.

I already figure the next dealer repairs are going to your shop....but I thought I could just get a simple bolt. OEM...not Home Depot. That's where they sent me. :thumb:

I know were not supposed to bash places but BILL HEARD BLOWS :shocked2: :finger: sorry had to get it out!!
