  1. I have a pair of used DWT (Douglas) aluminum wheels that are 15x12 with 2' backspace and have the OMF beadlocks. The wheels are in good condition, I just went with a different size. They just need to be polished if you want them shiny. These wheels sell for over $400 each new plus tax and shipping. Im selling both for $450 OBO. I included a pic of them when the paddle was mounted, but the paddles are not included and not for sale. $450 OBO Jason 702-301-7624
  2. Pair of STU, Sand Tires Unlimited 6.75-15 Razor Back front tires for sandrail. This is my old set and still hold air and run well, but have a little bit of cracking. I will sell only one and keep one as a backup if anyone wants just one for $50. $100 OBO for the pair. Jason 702-301-7624
  3. 2.0 Suburu motor - long block. It comes with complete block, heads, valve covers, Oil pump, oil pan, and a few misc. parts. This motor ran great and had plenty of power, but I upgraded to a built 2.5 suburu motor. The 2.0 was in my 2002 Extreme 5 seat sandrail and was running with 10lbs of boost. It has some seasons on it but still ran very well. Here are some pictures of the motor when it was still in the car and now out of the car and wrapped up. $500 for the motor. I also have a stage 2 pressure plate and 6 puck clutch disc, which is still in good condition, only had a few trips on it. $75 OBO Jason 702-301-7624
  4. Definitely good times as always with the crew and new peeps I met. Had some great dune runs and im loving the new motor and power. I've definitely become way more comfortable and in sync with the car. Campfire was too funny with lost/ recovered phone and never ending no punch lines jokes from Marcia's standup comic debut and a few "fireworks". She's working on her NYE routine.... Haha. Who the hell invited the "stranger danger" guest who is absolutely NOT invited back.... Doahhhhh!!!! I had a GF intervention with my buddy after that mess ,hope it sticks!!!! Looking forward to our next outing.
  5. What motor do you have? I had a 2.0 turbo suburu and just stepped up to a 2.5 with quite a bit more power and was told these paddles were too much for my trans... Ive tried finding a place to get them cut, but no one around here ( Vegas ) does it.
  6. These were purchased brand new last season and only have 2 dune trips on them. They are in perfect condition still. I need a less aggressive paddle for my trans (bus 091) and would like to trade if possible. My ideal tire is STU 1300 plus #2 cut. Or I will sell the paddles for $550 for just the tires. Cost was $800 new. Jason 301-7624
  7. I will take 2 larges one of each color.
  8. Yeah they are some crazy lil drifters! I just re- did all of my grounds because I was worried they would come loose
  9. At last, project is complete. I took it out to the Dry Lake bed for a little test and tune shakedown and it definately rips! Im amazed at the difference in power and the fun factor just tripled. The project definately required more time, parts, and trial and error than I anticipated but was worth it. A couple of things I learned along the way, the Cobra under exhaust does work and will clear the starter (also sounds great). The chinese carbs that come with them are not very good quality. The one I received had a stuck slide right out of the box, bowl leaked, and lost the screw on the choke plate (not while it was running thankfully). So I ordered a Mikuni VM 20 carb which I was told was actually bigger than the Chinese 22-24mm carbs (Hondaatc70.com), I put the Mikuni on and it is not only easier to tune, makes it run better, but it give the tank more clearance. I put the new motor in with the carb and manifold spacer on and still cleared the tank. The only thing I had to do was bend the reserve fitting on the tank straight down. No hammering, welding or any other modifications. Also, I read that using a hotter plug NGK C6HSA is better and should eliminate any fouling issues, which I do have. Im putting the new plug and will retest, so we will see.
  10. I needed access to the bottom for the wiring, so I made a lift, lol. And now the wiring is all done, gotta make the tank fit and shes ready to roll. Ive heard it run, but havent been able to ride it yet, cant wait!
  11. Can we order them? Or do we have to buy them at the Regatta?
  12. Heres some pics of the work in progress. Now Im just getting it finished up and ready.
  13. Im bringing 2, one stock, one with a Lifan 120. And then a friend is bringing 2 stock 70's, so I'll be out with a total of 4. Heres a few pics. I'll post the pics of the work done to the modified with Lifan 120
  14. What size should the banner be? I dont want to guess, as Im not sure where they are going or how much room there is.
  15. Well Ive worked through most of the problems.... think Im going with the Mikuni carb to avoid the current ( leaking bowl) and future problems with the cheap chinese carb. Motor is wired for the most part, still not starting but havent had time to diagnose. The cobra under pipe does fit and is mounted. Just need to get this b@#ch started and running
  16. $15 and a 20 minute drive is a bargain compared to the drive to amargosa for $10, lol. The storage place would be great, thanks Pete.
  17. oh.... I could do a sponsorship, but havent made a banner/ad in awhile. Do you have a banner company that you are currently using or working with? I can call up Ace Banners or some of my old companies and see if they are still in business and/or their current pricing but figured I would check to see what you may have first.
  18. No recent updates on here. I just went to oasis rv on windmill/ Lv bvld. It is a nice place but $15 and out of my way, since I came back from glamis. Anything else in Henderson besides sunset/ bldr hwy?
  19. I'll be there with 2 of them that were not part of last years.
  20. What size is the carb? Yes Im interested, let me know what you want for the carb.
  21. Ran into a few problems. The carb that came with the motor is not functional, the slide is stuck! I cant even get it out and if I do, its not going work if its that tight. Must be a defect. Im not great at wiring and Im a little unsure on some of the wiring on the diagram. I see a lot more wires than the diagram shows, so are those just for accessories, not used? My chain is now too short, so I gotta get some links. Also curious what guage wires I should run for the battery positive to the solenoid, ground, etc... I was trying to get this done and running for NYE weekend, but with the holidays and needing a new carb, might not happen.
  22. If I do need another exhaust, where do you find one that will work?
  23. Yes Pete, thats the one
  24. Thanks for all the posts. I called Mike at Allstate and he qouted me the same, $650 for the year, so Im going with that.
