Hey Jeremy! Good to hear from you. I'll be out in the sand at Dumont soon, later this month. Just dialing the carb on the Tecate. Still have your trikes?
-
I happen to like trikes and ride a green one

Thank you, not too far from me. -
I have some cracks in the manifold on my 84 Tecate. I think this is causing it to idle lean and why I am getting the high revs with the choke off. Has anybody had any luck repairing these with some type of sealant? parts are rare for this machine and expensive on e bay, looking for a quick fix that may work.

Trying to upgrade from sleeping in the back of my pickup, I am looking for a low cost $1000.00 or so pop up trailer. Hoping to find one that works well but may need a little cleaning and freshening up. I've seen a buch on craigslist but thought I'd try here first. Looking for one with a fridge, stove, sink. Thanks.

The Tecate is a 3 wheeler made by Kawasaki. 250cc 2 stroke. Couldn't believe how easy it was for once at DMV.

With all the reports of stolen rigs it's no surprise they are checking for stickers and registration. I wonder if they've ever recovered a stolen one out there? -
Got the title and green sticker. Waited in the first line for a few minutes, explained my situation, got some forms which I filled out then back to the front of that line to the clerk again. They gave me a number, as soon as i sat down it was called!!!!Paid a bit of money title and sticker done. It's never that easy for me.

Just went down to the DMV. In and out, pretty easy, just signed some papers and paid some back fees. easiest trip to the DMV ever.

I purchased an 84 tecate around 2007. I never transfered the title to my name. I can't find the title the previous owner gave me. I have an old registration tag from 2007 for a green sticker. Have any of you ever dealt with a situation like this? Will I be able to go to the DMV and get this registered? I couldn't find any answers on the DMV site and thought some of you may have dealt with this before. Thanks.
