Warrior07 Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 Effin thieves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok so here's the story. Went saturday to pay storage start the generator. Noticed nothing wrong out side the trailer. WALK IN AND ALL THE CABINETS ARE OPEN look around still don't see anything really missing. LOW AND BEHOLD THE EFFERS STOLE OUR CD PLAYER! All i can say is whoever did it did a clean job did'nt break anything and used a nife to open a sliding window in back no damage ! nice thing they left our tv unit But the best thing about this whole ordeal is the manager of the place felt bad and called us sunday ! ( Hey pete we have a spot available for you to change to it will be right in front of our office! and it's a pull thru !! And it will be the same your paying now ! ) :hatdance: Quote Link to comment

racegirl04 Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 That's exactly what happened to us in November. Except we lost quite a bit more stuff. But thankfully they didn't trash the trailer. The only damage was when they took the stereo, they damaged the wood slightly where it was installed. We lost a couple lcd tvs (never keep them in there, but was a short time in between trips so this time I did), but they took weird stuff too: curling iron, blow dryer, sleeping bags, shampoo, lotion. But they didn't take food, alcohol, or jackets. Homeowners covered everything but the stereo and it wasn't worth filing a claim on the trailer insurance for the stereo so we had to eat that.
