draggindre Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 well my tv picture isnt right i believe that the convergence is out of adjustment i have had this problem before but it was with another tv. i went to the menu and found auto convergence setting so pushed that button no change. :ahhhhh: anyways i went to find the book to fix this i dont have anymore so no problem ill just get the model number and look it up online. well it appears that someone has removed the model and serial numbers from the back :ahhhhh: i bought this tv from the salesman at rto 5 years ago never had a prob so never checked tag. anyways hope someone on here might know if the company puts numbers anywhere else so i can fix this prob without calling the repairman.
