Reddog Posted April 14, 2010 Share Posted April 14, 2010 Mornin' All, I am having a problem with my on board battery charger, it doesn't seem to be charging at full capacity. I have a '04 WW fk19 with an onan gen. It shows full bars when the genny is running, so it looks like it is charging, but the battery just gets lower and lower. Checked all the fuses and connections. The charger stopped working altogether on my last trip, but when i reset the GFI it started working again. I assume it is tied into the GFI circuit. What should it be putting out? 12, 14 volts? If it's at 12 or under, I'd think it's the charger; If however, it's puttin out when the gen. is running, then you're probably due for some new batteries.
