aceisback Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 127 to Baker, turns into Kelbaker Rd., to Amboy/National Trails Hiway, Amboy Rd. in to 29 Palms. You come out at Adobe Rd and probably need to go left from there as right takes you right to the main gate of the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center. The trip isn't bad, little bit of a rough patch about five miles into the Mojave National Preserve for about a mile or two. Rest of the road is good traveling.
