LIVE with Honda power? You must not have ridden in my car. Terry's is a bit faster than mine, but a turbo Honda is no slouch.

And no. Once you have the power, you can't go back.

It's the internals in the car that were designed for 110 octane, so turning the boost down which I have already done from 10 to 8.5 when I had the inter coolers put on wouldn't help. The only way to get away from race fuel is switch motors to a ls1/2 that is designed to run on 91. My car is probably a bit heavier than Pete's so I don't think a Honda even Turbo'd would be something that would make me happy. Just to put a 413 LS1 conversation into my car without the bling would be around $14,000.00 so that will buy a lot of race fuel. If for some reason the north star was to grenade than I would have to look at other options but knock on wood it's been running good lately and i am hoping for a long term relationship with her:)

@ Pete, no I have only riden in Terry's car, ever. I am sure that Honda power is great, had a Converstaion with Mike about Sand Cars on the way to Dumont and learned quit a bit about the engines and the power.
